Manage the team's workload, ensuring efficient project delivery while being hands-on with preliminary designs, supervising detailed designs, on-site investigations, and technical development.

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
A solid understanding of project management, from cost estimation and tender submissions to project scheduling and delivery.
Commercially astute mindset, with a focus on risk management, client satisfaction, and driving business growth.
Problem-solving attitude, thriving on challenges and motivated to deliver results even in complex or high-pressure situations.
