We're looking for 2 Sales Assistants to join the team at our Napier Store to work the following hours: Role 1: (38.5 hours per week) Monday (8:30am - 17:45pm)Tuesday (10am - 17:30pm)Thursday (10am - 17:30pm)Sunday (8:30am - 17:45pm)Role 2: (27 hours per week) Monday (10am - 17:30pm)Thursday (12pm - 17:30pm)Friday (12pm - 17:30pm)Saturday (12pm - 17:30pm)Sunday (12pm - 17:30pm) What You'll Deliver: Outstanding Customer Experience: Create exceptional moments by connecting with customers, answering questions, and resolving inquiries promptly to ensure every visit is memorable.Store Efficiency: Maintain smooth operations through accurate transaction processing, inventory management, and eye-catching product displays.Collaboration: Work as a team to enhance productivity and efficiency during busy periods, ensuring seamless service for all our customers.Product Knowledge: Dive deep into our outdoor products to effectively assist customers with expert recommendations tailored to their needs.Adaptability: Embrace the dynamic retail environment with a positive attitude, responding quickly to changing priorities and tasks.Effective Communication: Use your communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues in a friendly, informative manner.What You'll Bring to the Role:
