THE ROLE Managing the day-to-day operations of all Front Office functions, ensuring seamless coordination throughout the hotel 40 hours per week, including weekends, based on a rotating shift schedule Providing an exceptional Guest Experience with a touch of playfulness and fun Demonstrating effective leadership with a diverse team Thriving in a fast-paced environment, making informed decisions on the fly Ensuring the safety and security of hotel guests and their belongings Exhibiting a generous nature that complements your service skills THE PERSON Minimum of 1 years' experience as a Duty Manager or Assistant Manager, preferably within a 4- or 5-star hotel environment Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written Willingness to work weekends and public holidays as part of the job role Experience with Opera Cloud Preferably holds a General Manager's License Must have a Full NZ Driver's License OUR BENEFITS A positive and enjoyable work atmosphere A comprehensive reward and recognition program, featuring annual wage reviews Exclusive discounts and complimentary hotel room nights Laundered uniforms provided for your convenience Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?
