Naira Ventures Ltd. is a well-known company, and we are looking for a qualified Personal Assistant for the Director of our company. This is a full-time permanent position, and you will be required to assist our company Director to ensure that operations run smoothly.
To be considered for this position, you should have excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) and be able to work independently to achieve goals.
You will be expected to perform tasks such as communicating with staff regarding the operations of the business, assisting the Director by overseeing tasks, being the first point of contact on behalf of the Director, and maintaining the Director's appointment diaries.
You will also be responsible for preparing company documents and reports, attending meetings, taking notes, and ensuring that all company documents are well arranged and stored.
