Job DescriptionOur Noel Leeming Services team are changing the customer experience game by providing a full end to end service.
We rely heavily on our services team to ensure that customers are getting the right solutions through live demonstrations, support and advice, right through to the delivery, installation and setup of solutions in homes and workplaces.  This opportunity would suit someone who loves technology, is customer focused and is driven to improve the whole experience.
Your excellent communications skills coupled with your ability to trouble shoot problems is critical.
Equally important is your proactive 'get it done' attitude and work ethic.You'll be working 9am to 5pm Tuesday to Saturday.QualificationsBeing a field-based role it's essential that you have a full clean New Zealand Drivers license to operate one of our company vehicles.Ideally you will have: Experience with installing and setting up technology (WIFI, TV, PC and Audio) but training will be provided to the right candidate Proven experience in a customer facing role, excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.The ability to undertake heavy lifting, climb ladders and be on your feet for long periods of time.Any of the following would be great too but can be learned… Apple OS/IOS knowledgeExperience in school, enterprise or SME IT support roles Device management Knowledge Software knowledge - Jamf, Google admin and/or Microsoft admin  Additional InformationWhat we can offer you? Base rate + Commission and Incentives Consecutive days off  Paid day off on your birthdayFantastic discounts with our team card across all of our brands An extra 5 or 10 days of lifestyle leave if you'd like to spend more time at home, on holiday or on a passion project There are many awesome benefits that come with joining The Warehouse Group family and this is a great opportunity to take your career to the next level. Are you are ready for it?
