Their end-to-end service encompasses design and documentation, manufacture and installation, through to code compliance.They are on the hunt for a Warehouse Assistant.
This role is varied and interesting and will have you hands-on in the warehouse as well as driving sales by being on the phone, touching base with clients to ensure their equipment needs are being met.DutiesReceive and unpack incoming goodsEnsure goods are dispatched correctly and promptlyAssist with delivery enquiries and track and traceProcess freight bookingDrive a forklift or use a pallet jack to unload or move goodsQuarterly stocktakesContact new clients to help grow the businessAssist with sales enquiries when required and foster good relationships with existing clients providing solution-based advice to ensure clients' needs are metSkills & ExperienceFor you to be effective in this role, you will have/be:Warehouse experience with inward and outward goodsA current forklift licence F EndorsementStrong inter-personal skillsSolutions focusedOrganisational and time management skillsA high degree of accuracy and attention to detailKnowledge of stock control and storeroom/warehouse proceduresThis is a full-time permanent role, Monday to Friday.
