With a well-established commercial portfolio and an ambitious growth strategy, they are looking for a high-caliber Asset Manager to oversee a $350m portfolio across NZ.The RoleThis is an opportunity to take ownership of an existing portfolio while actively identifying new opportunities in the market.
Working within a high-performing team, you'll have exposure across asset management, portfolio strategy, investment analysis, and business development.
The role is suited to a commercially minded operator who thrives in a dynamic environment and is keen to be rewarded for delivering results.Key responsibilities include:Managing the performance of a diverse commercial portfolio, ensuring assets meet financial and operational targetsDriving leasing, capital expenditure, and asset optimisation strategiesDeveloping market insights and identifying opportunities for new acquisitions or repositioning existing assetsUndertaking financial modelling, investment analysis, and reporting on asset performanceEngaging with key stakeholders, including tenants, investors, and external partners, to maximise portfolio valueRequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will bring:5+ years' experience in asset management or commercial property managementA strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess investment opportunities and portfolio performanceBackground in property valuation, asset management, or commercial property management in NZ or AustraliaA proactive, solutions-driven approach with a commercial mindsetThe ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and contribute to business growthThe BenefitsCompetitive salary package $150-$170k plus lucrative performance-based incentivesJoin a globally backed business with a strong NZ presenceWork closely with the NZ Directors and gain exposure to new market opportunitiesCareer growth potential within a fast-moving, high-performing teamShould you meet the above criteria and be interested in a confidential conversation please email ****** levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionBusiness Development, Management, and Project Management
