We work in partnership with communities across Aotearoa New Zealand, placing survivors, families, and whanau at the heart of everything we do.Te Haeata/The OpportunityTe Puna Aonui is seeking a dedicated Senior Advisor, Strategy, Investment & Performance to join a new multi-disciplinary and flexible team. This role will primarily focus on understanding and shaping approaches to Family Violence and Sexual Violence investment across Te Puna Aonui agencies. A key requirement of this role will be supporting an annual investment and system reprioritisation process across Te Puna Aonui agencies.You will work through strong relationships to influence others. You will produce and build support for shared, collective investment advice to the Government and our Board. You'll be comfortable with complexity, be experienced in application of investment case methodology and analysis, and will operate proactively.
