This is a full-time on-site role for a Bridal Stylist, located in Auckland, New Zealand.
The Bridal Stylist will be responsible for assisting brides-to-be in selecting their wedding gowns and accessories, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
Daily tasks include providing expert advice on style, fit, and fabric, conducting fittings, maintaining showroom organization, meeting sales targets and providing an excellent experience to all of our brides.
The Bridal Stylist will also handle customer service inquiries, schedule appointments, and contribute to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for both the Hera Team, customers and vendors.QualificationsExperience in Retail Sales and achieving sales targetsStrong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skillsExcellent Communication and Customer Experience skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of bridal fashion and current trends is a plusBachelor's degree in Fashion, Retail Management, or a related field is preferredFlexibility to work weekends and eveningsSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionDesign, Art/Creative, and Information TechnologyIndustriesRetail Apparel and Fashion
