We are looking for someone with retail experience to join our shop team on a casual basis. As a casual worker, there are no set hours week to week. All hours will be offered on-call to cover sick leave, annual leave, etc. We provide you with as much notice as possible; however, in the case of sick leave, requests to work may be made with short notice. Our ideal candidate is based in Christchurch year-round. Please note, this is a minimum wage job.

As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for serving and engaging with customers to provide a fun shopping experience. Outside of this you may be responsible for some day-to-day jobs as assigned by the Store Manager/2IC, these may include, but are not limited to: Merchandising, receipting, stocktaking, cleaning, re-stocking, cash handling, opening & closing, picking web orders.

About You:

We're looking for someone who with a friendly, bubbly personality who is confident communicating with customers and has retail experience. Ideally, you will have cash-handling experience and be comfortable using a computer, full training will be provided.
