The Opportunity We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead TPS into its next phase of growth and innovation.
The CEO will be responsible for developing and executing long-term strategies that align with market trends and organizational goals, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of industry advancements while upholding our core values: Delivering Results, Going Beyond, Sustainability, and People First.
Key Responsibilities Leadership and Management: Provide overall leadership across the company, guiding the senior leadership team and managing key supplier relationships.
Assess performance against objectives and compliance measures, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
Act as a liaison between senior management and the Board of Directors.
Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement business strategies aimed at fostering sustainable growth and profitability.
Oversee all business operations to ensure alignment with the company's mission and objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and provide strategic advice to the Board.
Financial Management: Set financial approval levels and oversee key financial decisions.
Develop and assess budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure profitability.
Collaborate with the CFO to optimize financial strategies and resource allocation.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to all relevant health and safety, financial, and employment laws.
Establish effective internal controls to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity.
Oversee incident reporting frameworks and participate in audits to maintain compliance standards.
Client and Stakeholder Relations: Act as the ultimate escalation point for client issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
Maintain strong client relationships to secure ongoing business and address service delivery concerns.
Enhance TPS's brand narrative and market positioning in collaboration with external partners.
Qualifications And Experience Proven experience in an executive leadership role, as a CEO or Managing Director.
Strong financial acumen and experience in full EBIDTA management.
Excellent client relationship management skills.
Comprehensive understanding of HR practices and employment law.
Strategic thinker with a track record of driving sustainable business growth.
Hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple business units effectively.
