To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with CPA or CA equivalent.10+ years of relevant accounting experience with 3+ years in a financial controllership position (or equivalent), preferably within a property and / or listed environment.Exceptional knowledge of accounting principles and standards, financial regulations, and financial reporting and analysis.High degree of proficiency in financial management and reporting software and tools and financial modelling.
