Office Management (Administration & Office Support) A trusted brand in the car rental industry and well respected for quality, exceptional service and customer loyaltyWide product range including cars, trucks, cargo and multi-seat vans and trailers, operating for 18 years.About the roleA dynamic, exciting environment where no two days will be the sameIt is a great place to start a career within the vehicle rental industry with opportunities for advancement with the right skill set.Full-time- permanent weekend work (1 or 2 days) required- days may be negotiable (8 am- 5 pm).Key Responsibilities:Providing an exceptional service experience to our customers from first contact through to becoming lifelong clients and advocatesPromoting company products & services to the customers and increasing customer Loyalty and maximizing the utilization of companies serviceMaintenance and servicing of vehicles including changing tires, brake pads etcOrganising COF, Registration and major repairs through nominated vendorsPromote and sell coverage & upgrade (additional insurance and upgrade in rentalsMaintain and reinforce the company's Image while meeting the customer's needs.Contributing to increasing the company's sales by adding value to the customer requirements through excellent customer service.Focused on delivering efficient, professional serviceGroom/Clean/Check vehicles to ensure vehicles are presented to a high standardReporting any vehicle damage/equipment faults.Assist customers in making reservations, processing rental agreement transactions, checkout/check-in vehicles, accident and damage reportsMonitoring, tracking and organizing fleet availability dailyIncludes transfers between our depot and our airport partnersBenefits and perksOpportunity to be part of a dynamic companyBusy role that offers variety and a supportive team culture.Full training provided.Skills and experienceProfessional attitude with great interpersonal skills Genuine team player and willing to contribute to the ongoing growth of our business.Enjoys dealing with customers and works well in a team environment.Excellent phone and face-to-face communication skillsDedicated worker with a strong work ethic.Experience with Rental Car Manager software is an advantage.Positive can-do attitude with the drive and passion to succeedWell presented (uniform provided)A full NZ driver's licence and NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa are required.
