This role is 12 hours per week to be worked on a Wednesday and Thursday.Our Medical Receptionists begin and conclude the client experience. They make our clients feel welcome, safe and respected from the moment they enter our clinics to the moment they leave. Our Medical Receptionists are warm, empathetic and understand the significance of client confidentiality.To be considered for the role you will ideally have:Strong interpersonal skills both in person and on the phone.An ability to handle and balance a fast-paced work environment.Alignment with our Kaupapa and an interest in diversity, inclusion and equity.Punctual, reliable and flexible.Previous reception experience would be an advantage.Every single one of our team can leave work at the end of the day knowing their mahi makes a difference for our diverse communities.
