In this critical hands on role, you will leverage your analytical skills to drive strategic merchandise planning and budget management. Reporting to the General Manager Merchandise, you will collaborate closely with buying and design teams to ensure our footwear collections align with business objectives and financial targets.Key Responsibilities:Budget Development: Create and present detailed seasonal budgets that align with overall business goals, ensuring effective allocation of resources.Range Planning – Develop seasonal buy plans to support budgets and Option counts kept within company strategy.Open to Buy & Stock Management: Oversee inventory levels to optimise profitability while adhering to established budget requirements & sales forecasts.
