JOIN THE CARDRONA & TREBLE CONE TEAM FOR WINTER 2025Our High-Performance team is looking for Group Coaches to join our dynamic crew for Winter 2025.
Our winter season runs from June to October, so this position will start in June at the earliest.If you're an expert in high performance disciplines and have a passion for alpine coaching, this opportunity is for youYour responsibilities will include providing coaching, guidance, and support to athletes, ensuring their safety, and maintaining professional relationships with various stakeholders.
You'll elevate the skill levels of athletes, according to their abilities and goals, within our tailored programs.This is a varied role, which encapsulates the following responsibilities within the High-Performance coaching position:Group CoachPrivate CoachStand in CoachTrampoline trainerSnowsport School InstructorOn-and-off-snow administrative tasksOn occasion, there will be a requirement to travel with athletes to other ski areas as part of your coaching position.Proven experience required includes:At least 3 years in a ski coaching roleSnowsport industry-specific coaching qualificationsProven experience in coaching groups of various ages and skill levelsAdvanced knowledge of coaching, training plans, relevant exercises, skill acquisition, development, technical requirements, and coaching methodologiesKnowledge of international training practicesWhat do you get out of this?Enjoy some incredible staff perks
