As part of the advisory process, the Programme Consultant will provide detailed and at times complex career and study-related information about Auckland Online's programmes, to guide students through the important decision-making process.
Our Programme Consultants answer questions and solve problems via phone, email and live chat to guide prospective students through to enrolment.
This role requires us contacting highly motivated professional individuals proactively and working through obstacles to enable them to complete postgraduate studies with us. This is a lead conversion role and is not for the faint hearted.
Our environment is fast moving, dynamic and is within our newly formed Student Experience Centre, providing Mana Enhancing experiences for all our students.
We are often the first point of contact to new prospective student leads, and believe a consultative approach is imperative to ensuring each enquiry through our Auckland Online website is a positive experience.
This is a full-time role, 37.5 hours per week on a permanent basis.
The salary range for this role is $62,400 - $67,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications. For further information about the role, please view the job description.
