About the Role NelsonHospital Theatre Suite consists of 6 Operating Theatres with a Recovery Room, aSterile Services department and Endoscopy suite. Shifts are rostered androtating across Sunday to Monday with on call after hours.

About you Competencywith te ao Maori, tikanga, and te reo Maori or a commitment to startingyour journey and taking ownership of your learning and growthExperience in projects / initiatives which give effect to TeTiriti principals and frameworks, and the application of Matauranga Maoriand Kaupapa Maori approaches, particularly as they apply in healthcaresettings.You will be a NZ Registered Nurse with a current APCand post-registration experience working with a multi-disciplinaryperioperative team.You will have a positive attitude, an innovative andadaptable approach to practice, excellent communication skills and a realcommitment to providing quality patient-centred care.You will alsobe a team player, who enjoys keeping up to date with clinical practice,with excellent organisational and time management skills.Working for Health New Zealand Health NewZealand | Te Whatu Ora is - the weaving of wellnesses.
