For more information visit Role Rogers Distribution Limited is looking to appoint an experienced generalist Storeman with a background within an FMCG environment.   Area of operation situated in Outward Goods and primary function is to pick, pack and dispatch box and pallet goods ordered. The role requires a mature, competent and motivated individual who is prepared to operate in a small, but friendly team environment.  From time-to-time you may be required to assist in Inwards.   Rate as advertised but dependent on experience and expertise.  Work week: Monday - Friday, 07:00 - 15:45 (Some days start at 6:00) Tasks & responsibilities Able to lift and transport loads up to 25kg.Accurately pick and pack customer orders.  (Box and pallet orders)Ensure orders are completed in a timely manner to meet pick up deadlines. We operate on a strict unit per hour output rate.  Pallet wrapping to ensure goods are secured to prevent damage during transit.Prepare packing slips.Inwards duties, including pre-delivery arrangement, container management, inspections, receiving stock, shelf and storage management.Alternating weekly roster for cleaning Warehouse on Saturday mornings. (1x every 5 weeks)Qualifications & experience Minimum 2 years' experience in Warehouse & Logistics. (Inwards and Outwards Goods)Minimum 2 year's experience in FMCG environmentCurrent and valid Forklift & Reach License F-endorsement is desirableVery important No historic injuries to limit your ability to work in our environment which includes repetitive processes.  The role requires prolonged standing, frequent walking and bending.
