Quality Manager

Lion Labs is a leading manufacturer of vaping products, committed to quality and innovation. We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Manager to oversee daily quality control on our production floor. In this role, you'll ensure our products consistently meet rigorous quality standards from raw materials to finished goods, driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Responsibilities:Production Monitoring: Conduct daily inspections, ensuring manufacturing operations align with quality standards. Approve processes before production starts.Real-Time Quality Checks: Perform sampling and testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods on the floor, approving or rejecting items based on results.Collaborate with Production: Work closely with the Production Manager and line operators, addressing quality issues and helping on the floor as needed.Quality Protocols Enforcement: Ensure all team members follow quality control, safety, and regulatory guidelines, releasing processes only when standards are met.Corrective Actions Implementation: Identify and resolve non-conformities with relevant departments, ensuring corrective actions before resuming production.Quality Documentation: Record inspection results, test data, and deviations accurately, ensuring timely reports for audits and final report approval.Certificate of Analysis (COA) Management: Review and approve COAs for raw materials and finished products, ensuring they meet quality standards.Final Product Inspection: Perform final checks on completed products to confirm they meet all standards before distribution.Production Staff Training: Provide quality control training, ensuring production personnel are prepared for quality tasks.Continuous Improvement: Lead quality and efficiency enhancement initiatives, analyzing trends and implementing process improvements.Internal Audits: Conduct regular production and material audits, approving corrective actions based on findings.Supplier Coordination: Work with procurement and suppliers to ensure raw materials meet quality requirements before production.Qualifications:Detail-Oriented: Capable of meticulously inspecting production stages to maintain high standards.Decisive & Problem-Solving: Confident in approving, releasing, or halting processes based on quality evaluations, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.Strong Leadership & Collaboration: Provide quality protocol guidance to production staff and collaborate effectively across teams.Clear Communication: Ability to communicate quality issues and corrective actions concisely to production teams and management.Technical Expertise: Knowledge of manufacturing processes, industry standards, and regulatory requirements, with the ability to apply technical skills on the floor.Efficient Time Management: Manage and prioritize tasks, ensuring timely completion of quality checks, audits, and approvals.Commitment to Quality Improvement: Proactive approach to identifying and implementing quality and efficiency improvements.Accountability: Takes ownership of quality-related decisions, including material and product approvals.Compliance-Oriented: Deep understanding of quality regulations, ensuring Lion Labs' adherence to internal and external standards.Join Lion Labs and contribute to creating high-quality vaping products that set industry standards.
