We are seeking a seasoned Systems Engineer with outstanding relationship skills, with an ability to translate technical solutions into impactful business outcomes for clients. Driver's License: Holding a current New Zealand driver's license is a must. With a significant portion of your role involving on-site client visits, your ability to provide high-level IT services and solutions directly contributes to our clients' success. Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Provide proactive IT leadership to local clients through analysing and evaluating system design, ensuring their technology needs align seamlessly with their business objectives.
Research, analyse, plan, test and execute network infrastructure updates and changes, ensuring best practice configuration and integration of multiple operating systems.
Translate complex technical solutions into clear, understandable terms for clients, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
Cultivate strong client relationships, prioritising their satisfaction through the delivery of top-tier IT services.
Uphold a composed and confident demeanour under pressure, reassuring clients and delivering optimal solutions.
Maintain meticulous client IT documentation, ensuring comprehensive records of configurations, solutions, and interactions, to provide a foundation for seamless communication and tailored support.
Deliver exceptional client communications by providing proactive follow-ups and regular status updates, fostering transparency with clients and our internal team to ensure everyone is well-informed and aligned.
