Our success is due to our awesome customer service, first-class facilities, majestic scenery, and wild terrain.The Remarkables ski area has an exciting opportunity for a well-rounded Electrician with a love of the outdoors.The ideal candidate will be confident in working on a variety of electrical equipment.
Electrical work might be your main task, but you may also be asked to assist with general maintenance duties as and when required.If you are seeking a rewarding and challenging career, we would love to hear from youThis is a full-time permanent position with The Remarkables.About YouThe ability to diagnose faults under pressureA positive and proactive attitude with the ability to innovate and implement ideas that will enhance our operation.Willing to teach or train other team members where applicableA positive appreciation of safety in the workplaceA willingness to be flexible with hours of workSkills and QualificationsA current NZ Electrical certification and practising licenseA minimum of 2 years' experience as a qualified electrician with knowledge of AC & DC drives, Control Systems, PLCs and Industrial ElectricsA full NZ driver's license.
