Our mission is to become New Zealand's preeminent wild caught deer processor through consistency of product and service.
Southern Wild Game Co are seeking to employ a motivated leader to work with the founding shareholders to establish a premium wild caught deer processing operation.
You will be equally comfortable working with the Board of Directors to develop the strategic plan, to leading a small team to achieve consistent processing outcomes and won't be afraid of hands-on work when required.
This is the leading executive role which will require intellectual capability combined with the ability to build a team and partnerships with external service providers to achieve performance outcomes.
We welcome applications from enthusiastic people with the following experience: Team Leadership - achieving high performance outcomes through others Problem Solving - the ability to think logically and with an open mind Organisational Skills - proven ability to effectively organise people and process Financial Management including P&L review and reporting Recruitment, Training and Performance Management Safety and Health systems implementation and leadership Food Safety Systems, Meat Processing Risk Management Program overview and compliance This role reports directly to the Southern Wild Game Co Board of Directors and will offer a competitive remuneration package to a highly motivated individual who wishes to be part of an exciting startup based in Dunedin.
