You will be actively striving to provide a high-quality service, in line with solid decision-making and outcomes for your patients. Using evidence-based best practice, you will effectively manage assessments, treatments, and medication alongside comprehensive triaging.Lead by example in the clinic, supporting other staff and promoting a positive work environment.Maintain up-to-date knowledge, research, and professional development.Be active in supporting patients with education, promoting their health and prevention where able.Be able to work both autonomously and collaboratively within the team.Diagnose illnesses and form in-depth treatment plans.Ensure proper triage and patient care is provided.Skills and ExperienceRegistered Nurse Practitioner with current APC in New Zealand.Proven experience in a primary, acute care, or similar setting.Have a genuine passion for the primary care sector.Be self-driven and dedicated to staying up to date with best practice and professional development.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Join a great network of clinics, striving to provide high quality and affordable healthcare to NZ's communities.
