We have a casual vacancy for Facility Support to work in our Hamilton office.

Creating that wow factor for staff and visitors alike is at the heart of this key role and requires a special personality to bring that vision to life.
In this role you'll:
You'll be the face that greets everyone through the door at our door and be the go-to person for coordinating hospitality functions, setting up meeting rooms, coordinating catering and during the day making sure the shared areas are clean and tidy.You'll thrive at multitasking, be a super-efficient and ultra-professional.You'll anticipate and ensure our building and facilities are maintained to a high standard and comply with all regulatory stuff (like health and safety).This is a role where the little things are just as important as the big things and your attention to detail, time management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities, will really set you apart.
Skills & Experience | Nga pukenga me nga wheako
A people person, you will have considerable front-of-house and/or hospitality and administrative experience, which has equipped you with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
You will have an appreciation of different cultures and the maturity to build positive relationships at various levels.
You'll also:
