We're looking for an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to join our rapidly expanding team.
We are a flexible, diverse group, and are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, agile, and fun.This is an Associate or Senior Associate position working with Corin Maberly.
Corin specialises in corporate and commercial law, as well as technology and telecommunications law, and government procurement (with a particular focus on defence contracting).
Corin is an expert in structuring complex transactions, running negotiations and advising on risk and stakeholder management.Corin's corporate experience includes advising clients on acquisitions and dispositions, joint venture arrangements, corporate restructuring, other major commercial transactions and contracts, and on governance arrangements.
In the telecommunications sector, Corin is regularly involved in high-value, business-critical projects such as joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, financing arrangements, procurement projects and regulatory work for clients throughout the Asia Pacific region.
