This role encompasses the management of marketing and external customer communications to build trust and encourage engagement.In this role, you can expect to:Formulate and execute a thorough brand strategy that mirrors the organization's overarching strategy and core values.Ensure the strategy enhances TSB's brand, capitalizing on our strengths and opportunities to guarantee our brand is recognized, widely acknowledged, and attracts our target audience.Define and protect the organization's brand identity, maintaining uniformity across all internal and external stakeholders, and collaborating efficiently with internal teams to ensure coherence between brand initiatives and organizational objectives.Oversee the formulation of the Bank's marketing and customer communication strategies, plans, and budgets.Conduct thorough evaluations of campaigns, brand, and customer satisfaction to foster ongoing enhancements in customer perceptions and our brand performance.
Evaluations will include assessing marketing effectiveness, tracking brand progress, analysing market segments, monitoring competitive positioning, and loyalty assessments.Spearhead the creation and implementation of high-quality, integrated marketing campaigns across various channels to effectively draw customers to key offerings, ensuring campaigns align with the Bank's acquisition and growth ambitions.Design and implement TSB's sponsorship strategy in alignment with the Bank's comprehensive business and brand strategies; manage sponsorship partnerships; and ensure all associated activities and investments deliver value to both organizations.Take a strategic approach to TSB's customer communication efforts to support the Bank's objectives through effective engagement with customers across all interaction channels, including social media, digital platforms, and direct communication.Cultivate and sustain strategic working relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners and advertising agencies, to ensure that TSB's marketing campaigns and strategies are managed effectively.Overall administration of the Marketing budget, ensuring that our expenditures are optimized and monitored to evaluate which channels are the most impactful and cost-efficient for engagement relative to the organization's scale.We are looking for candidates who have:A tertiary degree in marketing or a related fieldProficiency in brand strategy development, customer insights, and reputation management.Preferred experience in launching a new brand with a demonstrable positive impact on key brand metrics.A postgraduate qualification in management or business is desirable.At least 8 years in a senior marketing position.Previous experience in a variety of financial services.Extensive understanding of marketing principles and a proven track record of successful execution.Effective management of third-party agencies, customer relationships, and other stakeholders.What's in it for me?At TSB, we're small enough to really care about our customers but big enough to have great rates, innovative products, and digital solutions.
