About the Role
Ventia have been engaged by the DJCS (Department of Justice and Community Safety) to provide integrated Facility Management services incorporating planned, preventive, and reactive maintenance services, ad hoc services, and soft services including cleaning, ground, pest, and waste streams.

We are seeking a Finance Administrator to be responsible for managing Accounts Payable and Payroll processes within the organisation.
This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, processing payroll, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing support to the finance team.
This is a Permanent Full-Time position based out of our Grovedale office offering 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
Other Key Responsibilities: End-to-end financial onboarding of vendors (HVS, SAP, Training etc.
).Provide support in vendor management including training of vendors to submit and manage claims within the designated systems.Follow-up with vendors including outstanding claims.Maintain vendor service master within the designated systems (Reactive Maintenance & Programmed Maintenance) to ensure correct vendor pricing.Process fortnightly payroll, including calculating wages, deductions, and benefits.Ensure accurate and timely payment of wages to employees.Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues related to payroll discrepancies.Provide support to the finance team in various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.Assist with the preparation and processing of financial documentation, such as purchase orders and expense reports.About You
You will hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred accompanied with experience with:
Payroll processing and financial administration.Familiarity with accounting principles and financial regulations.Experience with accounting software and payroll systems.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and financial software.What We Offer You
