About the Role Position: Debarker Supervisor - Napier Debarker / Log Yard  We are seeking a dedicated and competent supervisor to manage our Napier Debarker and Log Yard Facility.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will manage all aspects of the debarker plant and log yard, ensuring a safe and efficient operation.
Whether you are looking to take your next step of progression in supervising or you are looking for another challenge, we are looking for a leader who has the ability build a team and maintain a focus on his/her accountabilities.
Above average communication skills are essential, as is the ability to move to that next level without compromise.
Status:  $40 per hour (waged) full-time with a 45 hour weekly minimum Location: Napier Specific Responsibilities Managing all aspects of the debarker plant, including staff, machinery, parts replacement, maintenance, and process improvement.
Controlling Log Supply / Quality and maintaining relationships with clients.
Managing all aspects of H&S compliance.
