You'll be responsible for defining the product vision and navigating the roadmap, taking ideas from concept to execution.
A big part of this role is ensuring we deliver top-notch service to both our consumer and SME customers, making sure the products meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
You'll play a key part in shaping the future of our fibre offerings, collaborating with teams across the business to make sure everything runs smoothly.

O Wheako, o Pukenga | Your Experience We're looking for someone with solid experience (7+ years) in product management, change or product development, ideally within telecommunications, IT, or a similar industry.
You should be comfortable working in a squad model and have a proven track record of supporting the development, launch, and execution of new propositions from research through to rollout.
Strong communication skills are key, as you'll be sharing product vision with multiple stakeholders.
We're big on having a customer-centric mindset around here, and this role needs this more than most, along with problem-solving and analytical abilities to turn insights into action.
Experience creating reports, presentations, and engaging with both internal teams and external partners will be crucial, as well as a willingness to learn and iterate based on feedback.
