Your role will involve delivering counseling services, facilitating family interventions, and working collaboratively with clients and their support networks to create meaningful and sustainable recovery plans.Key Responsibilities:Offer individual and family counseling sessions tailored to address substance use and its impact on family dynamics.Develop and implement family-centered treatment plans and interventions.Build and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with clients and their whanau.Provide guidance and support to families to enhance their ability to cope and support their loved ones.Maintain detailed and accurate client and family records.The Candidate:Entitlement to Work in New Zealand: Legal authorization to work in New Zealand.Valid Registration: Current registration as a counselor or AOD (Alcohol and Other Drugs) Practitioner in New Zealand.Exceptional Communication Skills: High level of verbal and written communication skills.Therapeutic Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain effective therapeutic relationships with clients and their families.Educational Qualifications: Level 7 or higher in Mental Health, Psychology, Alcohol, or Drug Studies.If you are dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of families and whanau affected by substance use, we would love to hear from you #J-18808-Ljbffr
