We are looking for a customer focused, motivated Service Advisor to join our busy team. With the Automotive Industry in its biggest transformation period seen in years, this is a critical role. We are committed to providing the best possible customer service, delivering not just service but a top level customer experience
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for booking, greeting and managing daily customer relations for the dealership's service department.
This includes: Answering customer enquiries regarding their vehicles' serviceSeeking approval for additional service work found during vehicle inspectionsEnsuring all customer requirements are met in a timely mannerBuild relationships with customers and internal stakeholders for long term business successDeliver quality customer service, focusing on win-win outcomesThe successful applicant will have: Experience in a Service Advisor role is preferable but not essentialGeneral understanding of a vehicles components and functionalityStrong interpersonal and communication skillsKeenness to learn and grow with the Hyundai and Mitsubishi brandsExceptional organisational & time management skillsGood work ethic and a high level of integrityDesire to deliver exceptional customer serviceThe Service Advisor role is strongly customer service focused, as well as having elements of sales, and automotive knowledge. A background in these fields would be highly advantageous, but not essential. We are looking for a passionate person with exceptional customer service skills. We are willing to train the right person with the right attitude.
