Join us as a Planning and Development Manager and help shift our focus from a reactive, task-driven approach to a proactive, customer-centered one. You'll leverage your senior planning expertise and strong leadership skills to empower team members and stakeholders, ensuring HDC supports everyone's success. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee resource consents, planning applications, and development engineering activities while driving continuous improvement in processes and systems. By fostering a collaborative environment that aligns with our sustainability goals, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing customer experiences and promoting community growth.
