We are looking for a store manager to handle the day to day operations of our store and effectively manage them. Responsible for running the operations of the store independently. Allocating work to the staff and supervising them. Appointing new suppliers and negotiating with them. Identifying the products to be kept at the store. Ordering stock and conducting stock take exercise. Making sure that enough stock is available at all times. Hiring the new staff and training them. Updating and maintaining stock records, attendance records, leave records, sales report, financial transactions, etc. Setting service standards for the store and ensuring the staff complies with it. Designing and implementing company policies. Making a strategy to promote and market the business. Laying out the plan for online promotion etc. Training the staff as per the store policies. Giving regular feedback to the staff. Preparing shift roster for the staff. Handle budgeting Responsible for maximising sales, profits and customer satisfaction. Taking escalations and resolving them. Keep updated with the changing market so as to add value in the business. Carry out appraisals as a part of development plans for the team members. Liaison with suppliers and continuously look for opportunities to get competitive prices from the suppliers. Ensure weekly and monthly reports are prepared and sent to the director. Minimum Requirements Previous Marketing work Experience is a must Should be able to work on weekends as we are open 7 days a week Should be available for shifts on public holidays Bachelor's degree and above Minimum work hours- 30 If this sounds like you, Please click Apply Now
