You will use metrics to tell a story, measure success and advise on your next potential enhancement.Your teamwork, relationship management and partnering skills will be a key to your success in this role as will your breadth of Human Resources capability which will ideally include employee relations, talent management, people strategy and policy, organisational development, workforce planning, remuneration, systems and analytics, diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing.
As a natural coach with experience in a unionised 24/7 business you will guide and empower your managers in all aspects of ER whilst continuously focusing on value add by understanding business drivers and translating these into people approaches.He pukenga tou | Skills & Experience You will understand the importance of data and how it informs strategy, you won't be afraid to bust myths and use creative ways to deliver objectives in a vast employee network.
