An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Water Reticulation Operator to join our experienced water services team based in Rolleston. As a Water Reticulation Operator, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining the district's water supply ensuring it meets the required parameters to provide Selwyn with premium drinking water. This role consists of a wide range of activities including scheduled maintenance checks and reactive repairs to the reticulation network.

Ideally, candidates who hold their level 4 National Certificate in Water Reticulation will be looked at favorably. However, for the right candidate with the right attitude and demonstrated ability to learn, full training will be provided and qualifications can be worked towards.

Physically fit and self-motivated
Experience in trade work (preferred)
Class 1 Driver Licence (essential)
Health and Safety conscious with a positive attitude
Ability to follow instructions and take direction
Ability to work on an on-call roster which includes weekends, public holidays and after hours
