Do the mahi As our Visual Merchandise Layout Specialist, you'll play a key role in shaping our stores' look and feel, ensuring that each one offers an engaging and seamless experience for our customers. Reporting to the Visual Merchandising Manager, you'll work closely with Regional Managers to optimise layouts that reflect Postie's high standards and brand vision. This role is a fixed-term opportunity for six months, based in Tamaki Makaurau (Auckland) with regular travel across New Zealand. 
Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising and Regional Managers to develop and implement effective layout plans 
Review and optimise store layouts to enhance customer engagement and maximise sales 
Oversee the rollout of new fixtures and manage the relocation of existing ones 
Analyse store performance and customer feedback to inform layout strategies 
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in visual merchandising 
Bring your best You're a creative problem solver with a passion for retail environments. You have a sharp eye for detail and understand how great visual merchandising can elevate the shopping experience and drive sales. 
Proven experience in visual merchandising or retail layout design 
Strong understanding of brand standards and customer engagement strategies 
Excellent communication and collaboration skills 
Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions 
Proficiency in design software is a plus, but not essential
