Location: Radius Thornleigh Park, 25 Heta Road, Highlands Park, New Plymouth 4312
Hours of work: Laundry Assistant - part time, approximately 3 hours per day.
Cleaner - casual, as and when required.
About the Role Assist in the laundry with sorting, washing, drying and folding, ensuring our residents receive laundered clothing in a timely manner. Ensure the facility is ship-shape, clean and hygienic. Help create a comfortable, healthy environment for residents, while considering their wellbeing and individual needs.
Duties include: Assisting with laundry processingCompleting check lists and signing off on all tasksCleaning resident and communal areasRestocking paper products, personal protective equipment (PPE), personal hygiene itemsWe offer: Access to discounts and benefits via our Staff AppTraining and development, e.g. literacy and numeracy, assistance with NZQA qualificationsSupportive team environment and optimal staff to resident ratiosEAP (Employee Assistance Programme)Skills and Experience: Warm personality with excellent people skills and a positive attitudeGreat organisational skillsReliable, and can work without supervisionAPPLY NOW
