A key focus will be ensuring that the housing services of the centre are operating in a consistent and safe manner, and supporting centre staff and volunteers to ensure present and future strategies are in place.A key opportunity in this role is establishing and fostering relationships with internal/external partners that enhance communication, understanding and collaborative outcomes so that people can secure suitable long-term sustainable homes. Therefore, the ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively as a team and with other stakeholders is critical.With The Salvation Army, you will get the chance to make a real and positive impact in the lives of many people.
