We are seeking a highly organised Transport Loader Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all transport loading activities. You will play a key role in ensuring freight is loaded or unloaded from trucks in an efficient manner, manage a small team of 5 Loaders, and ensure a safe working environment. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 pm - 4:30 am
The successful applicant will:

Supervise and lead a small team of Loaders
Ensure that outgoing freight is correct, manifested, and loaded in a timely manner as per the load plans
Check all hire pallet swaps when they arrive at the depot
Report to dispatchers any late or undelivered freight
Report any damages and clean spills

Ideally you will have:

Minimum 2 years experience in logistics/warehousing and operating a forklift
People management experience (desirable)
A current counterbalance or forklift license
Long fork experience
