This full-time position works Tuesday to Saturday. Apply now and let's cook up something amazing togetherKey Responsibilities:Maintain solid product knowledge and inspire customers with ideas and advice.Monitor the quality of products and take action if quality does not meet the 'every mouthful matters' standard.Champion and role model Health and Safety practices and processes.Support the in-store culture of fun and discovery.Take pride in ensuring a consistently inspirational, quality, appealing shopping experience.Contribute to special event preparation and delivery, for example night markets and seasonal showcases.Ensure correct completion of all food safety processes, including administration such as 1Place and other records.Merchandise products logically and appealingly, in keeping with Farro's purpose.What do we want you to be?Have strong customer service skills, be friendly and approachable.Have excellent communication skills.Have amazing attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.Able to work in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to work various shifts.What do we offer?Fantastic discount on our delicious products.Free barista coffee.Great training opportunities.Your birthday off.Apply online for this role or contact Farro Fresh for more information.
