About the Role: You will be joining a successful and progressive New Zealand-owned family Business within the Construction industry. The main objective of the role is to support the sales team and create concept residential floor plans, elevations, and 3D images to determine specific site and building requirements. To succeed in this position, you will need to show meticulous attention to detail to ensure each customer receives personalised service. Desktop site investigations to determine site-specific requirements Administrative and sales support functions as required Preparing quotations and variations for the sales team Assist in Marketing and Sales activities including telemarketing and phone support for reception when required Skills and Experience: Demonstrated experience in CAD, preferably in Chief Architect Software Awareness of NZ building practices and procedures, about timber framed, single-level residential design Sales support and administration skills Engaging and professional mannerisms Exceptional ability to manage deadline-driven multiple tasks and projects efficiently High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail Exceptional written and verbal communication A natural team player who enjoys collaborating to get the job done How to apply All applications are to be submitted online – click APPLY.
