They represent the Company with respect to services including tender submissions and major project delivery and are responsible for the successful services management and sub-contractors on our major projects.Being a principal company representative on the construction site, the Services Manager ensures safety, quality, cost, and time requirements are adhered to throughout the duration of the contract, including the maintenance period that follows.Minimum RequirementsThis role would suit an applicant with at least 10+ years of commercial main contractor Building Services experience, including any design and build experience and with relevant qualifications. You possess great sub-contractor relationship development and management skills.
