About the Role:
We're offering a full-time position for a dedicated Chilled and Frozen Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals looking to start their career in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), retail, or, those with a passion for food and customer service. No prior experience is necessary – we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success.
Key Responsibilities:
Merchandise the retail shop in the chilled and frozen areas
Follow a first in, first out (FIFO) process to ensure product freshness
Create visually appealing displays and maintain stock levels
Assist in maintaining a clean and organised department
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Potential for development into buying roles
