Reporting to the CFO, this isbothasenior andhands-on role, perfect for a technically strong finance leader who enjoys both detail and big-picture impact. You’llensure financial integrity across the business and provide insights that shape performance and growth. You’lllead ahighlycapable team and act as a true business partner, combining financial stewardship with commercial insight. In this role, delivering the fundamentals is a given-timely,accurateaccounts, compliantreportingand strong internal controls. The real impact comes from understanding how our products move through long development cycles and global supply chains, ensuring cashflow and investment decisions support growth and innovation. Whatyou’lldo: Lead the full accounting cycle, AP/AR,inventory,payroll, treasury and tax compliance. Deliveraccurateandtimelyfinancial reporting, analysis and insights. Manage cashflow planning, foreign exchange and banking relationships. Partner with leaders across wholesale, retail, e-commerce,marketingand productto support decisions. Lead and mentor the finance team, building capability as we grow globally. Provide strategic insights and analysis to supportprofitablegrowth. Whatyou’llbring: A genuine connection to what we stand for,pushing boundaries to drive change inan industry dominated byplastics. Minimum5 – 7+ years’ experience. Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualificationpreferred. Experience in financial control roles, ideally in retail, apparel, or consumer products. Deepunderstanding of inventory, product costing and long-lead-time development. Strong commercial financeand business partnering skills. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and support strategic decisions. Confidence working across NZ and international operations. Hands-on leadership style suited to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial growth business. We’re moving quickly on this appointment.
