### Job Overview

### Key Responsibilities
- **Customer Engagement:** Provide high-quality support through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with professionalism and respect.
- **Problem Resolution:** Address customer issues by diagnosing problems, determining appropriate solutions, and following through until resolution. Ensure all cases are documented for future reference.
- **Product Knowledge:** Develop a robust understanding of our product offerings to assist customers effectively while also staying updated on industry trends and services.
- **Feedback Management:** Gather customer feedback regarding service and product, and collaborate with the team to implement improvements where necessary.
- **Training and Development:** Participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge, and assist in onboarding new team members when necessary.
- **Sales Support:** Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities and communicate these to customers, enhancing their experience and contributing to sales growth.
- **Administrative Duties:** Perform data entry, maintain accurate records of customer interactions, and prepare reports when necessary.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work effectively within a team environment and contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service strategies and practices.

### Requirements
#### Qualifications
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.

- **Confidence:** Display confidence in communication and decision-making, instilling trust in customers.
