The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Business Analyst Lead to join their Enterprise Portfolio Management team within the Transformation Office. This position reports into the Business Analysis Practice Lead and will see you collaborating and working closely with fellow BA Leads. You will play a critical role in overseeing and facilitating the delivery of strategic initiatives, including the digital roadmap, and ensuring that change is implemented effectively and at the right pace for our clients business.
Your primary focus will be on leading and supporting a team of x4 Business Analysts in delivering high-quality products and systems, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring that our clients business goals are met. You will provide expert leadership by mentoring, coaching, and providing guidance to your team while also maintaining strong relationships with key business stakeholders to ensure true value delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Drive team performance and excellence to achieve business goals while continuously improving efficiency and productivity. Build and sustain strategic relationships with business stakeholders to ensure the delivery of real value to the organisation. Mentor, and coach the x4 Business Analysts on your team, ensuring consistently high standards are upheld. Partner, collaborate and work with other BA Leads, the BA Practice Lead, and the Technology team to develop, implement, and oversee processes and methodologies. Conduct hands-on business analysis, including gathering requirements, designing solutions, and initiating technology. Key Requirements:
Experience in leading, coaching and mentoring Business Analysts. Excellent knowledge of agile practices and principles, as well as business analysis techniques, tools, and methods. Self-motivated, organised, and capable of prioritising and executing tasks by influencing others. Great communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Relevant tertiary qualification in a technology or business discipline. What's in it for you?
