An opportunity has arisen for multiple vacancies for our moving company. We are in need of energetic and strong individuals to join our company as Furniture Removalists.
As part of this role, you will assist with transporting, and delivering goods to clients or businesses in New Zealand in a safe, timely manner. You will be the face of the company on the street interacting with our customers as you deliver their orders, collect signatures, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
The key responsibilities include but not limited to

Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
 Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients
 Accepting payments for delivered items when necessary.
 Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.

Experience and Attributes Required

An experience of 6 months to one year is preferred.
Must hold a current full class 2 NZ driver's license or equivalent in any other country.
 Physically fit - Ability to drive, lift, and carry heavy items for extended periods.
Great attention to detail.
The ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own.
Strong time management and customer service skills.
