The Opportunity
As an Experience Designer at DAN, you'll be integral to creating visually stunning, user-centered experiences across multiple platforms. You'll collaborate closely with our cross-functional team to turn concepts into digital realities, ensuring every project delights users and delivers business value.
What You'll Do:
Craft exceptional, user-focused experiences across various platforms and devices.
Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of your designs.
Design and iterate : from wireframes to high-fidelity visuals, adapting based on feedback and data insights.
Maintain consistency in design across all project stages, ensuring high-quality output.
Champion user needs by conducting user testing and refining designs based on real-world insights.
Work closely with diverse teams to elevate creative solutions and drive innovative ideas.
What We're Looking For:
Design Expertise : A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces.
User-centered approach : You focus on the needs of real people and design solutions that make their experiences better.
Proficiency in design tools : Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, and Principle are your bread and butter.
Strong communication skills : You articulate design decisions effectively and work well across teams.
Creative problem-solving : You combine creativity with analytical thinking to solve design challenges.
Attention to detail : You're meticulous in delivering polished, high-quality work.
Up-to-date with best practices : You stay ahead of UX trends and design guidelines.
Bonus Points for:
Understanding of motion design or animation.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS , or other front-end technologies, including WordPress.
Familiarity with usability testing methods to inform design decisions.
