We're on the lookout for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for supporting tauira success in the Hei Tikitiki / Hei Toki programme. This is a permanent, part-time position (22.5 hours per week), starting in January 20245.
As a Kaiawhina for the Hei Tikitiki / Hei Toki programme, you will assist the Kaiako in delivering subject knowledge, managing daily activities, and supporting with documentation and resource development. Your role will be vital in ensuring the smooth and effective delivery of the programme, helping tauira achieve their educational goals.

The ideal person is an enthusiastic and organized support professional with a passion for enhancing tauira learning and contributing to the success of the Hei Tikitiki / Hei Toki programme.
You will also bring with you:
School Leavers Certificate
It is preferred that Kaiawhina are qualified one Level above the subject being taught; or should be studying towards relevant subject
1+ years' experience in a similar role
As a kaupapa Maori organisation, your willingness to participate in cultural activities and develop an understanding of Ahuatanga Maori (values, culture and tikanga) will be key.
